Eligibility & terms
- Who can enrol
- Any individual aged 18 or above, with a valid ID and address proof.
- Missed instalments
- One instalment may be paid late within the same tenure without penalty. A second missed payment extends the scheme by one month.
- Early closure
- You may redeem early after 6 completed instalments, though the bonus 12th instalment applies only on full completion.
- Refunds
- Instalments are non-refundable in cash but remain fully redeemable against merchandise at any of our stores.
- Pricing
- Redemption value is calculated at the BIS-hallmarked gold rate published in-store on your day of purchase.
Common questions
Can I change my monthly amount partway through?
No — your monthly amount is fixed for the full tenure. If your budget changes, you can close the current scheme early and open a new one at a different amount.
Can I use the balance across more than one item?
Yes. Your redeemable balance can be split across multiple pieces in a single visit, or saved for a later purchase within 90 days of maturity.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining or maintenance fee applies. The only cost is your chosen monthly instalment.
