Eligibility & terms
- Who can enrol
- Any individual aged 18 or above, with a valid ID and address proof.
- Storage
- Gold you buy is held in insured vaults at no charge for the first five years.
- Conversion
- Grams convert to jewellery at the day's rate; making charges and GST apply to the piece you choose.
- Refunds
- Instalments are non-refundable in cash but remain fully redeemable against merchandise at any of our stores.
- Pricing
- Redemption value is calculated at the BIS-hallmarked gold rate published in-store on your day of purchase.
Common questions
Is there a minimum I must buy each month?
No. Top up as often or as rarely as you like — an inactive holding stays exactly as it is.
Can I take delivery in coins instead of jewellery?
Yes. Holdings of 1 gram or more can be redeemed as hallmarked coins at any store.
What rate applies to a top-up?
The rate live at the moment your payment completes, shown on the confirmation and in your passbook.
